IDE was created in 2003 to develop executive education

programs that combine the academic excellence and

tradition of FGV’s schools, institutes and centers with

the innovation and practical vision demanded by the

market. In 2013, IDE restructured itself, forming divisions

responsible for different areas of action. The Institute

is now composed of the following units: Division of the

Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paulo and Brasilia Centers; Affiliate

Network – FGV Management Division; Academic

Program and Process Division (PPA); Corporate Division

(COR); Education Solutions Division; and Quality

Certification Program.
